Myriam Ben Azouz

Myriam Ben Azouz is Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Tunisia, bringing extensive senior HR leadership experience, combined with expertise in Executive Search, Leadership Advisory and Human Capital consulting.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Myriam built her HR leadership career with Forvis Mazars in Tunisia, where she led the HR function and contributed to the firm’s people strategy across talent management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational development and HR transformation. She also contributed to regional HR initiatives across Africa.

She developed her consulting experience with Paymed Consulting, advising organizations on compensation benchmarking, job evaluation and organizational design.

Today, Myriam advises CEOs, boards and senior leadership teams on executive search, leadership assessment and talent strategies, bringing a strong understanding of the organizational and business dimensions of leadership decisions.

She holds a degree from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS Paris.

Myriam speaks French, Arabic, English and German.
