Nieves Olivera

Throughout her career, she has combined experience in business schools and senior management positions with close involvement in the corporate world. She has led Executive Education projects and leadership development programmes for major companies, working with organisations across a wide range of industries to design tailored solutions addressing both organisational needs and the development of capabilities, leadership and talent.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Nieves served as Managing Director of the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI), where she led a leading institution in executive education, entrepreneurship, digitalisation and sustainability. Previously, she headed the In-Company Development area at Deusto Business School, working closely with companies to design bespoke executive education and leadership development programmes.

Earlier in her career, Nieves held several positions at IE Business School within Executive Education, where she contributed to the development of programmes for senior executives as well as commercial and international expansion initiatives. She also held senior positions at the San Pablo-CEU University Foundation and Summa Campus.

Nieves holds a Law degree from Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School. Her professional experience combines a strong business perspective with extensive expertise in leadership development, executive leadership and talent management.

She speaks Spanish and English.
