Seçil Yazgan

Secil joined Alexander Hughes in August 2026 as a Consultant, supporting organizations in the recruitment of managerial and professional roles.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Secil held various Human Resources positions across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement and Assessment.

She spent more than twelve years at Allianz Türkiye, most recently as HR Business Partner, where she was involved in organizational transformation and integration projects as well as talent management, succession planning and assessment processes.

She later joined Sompo Sigorta, where she served as Senior HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team Leader, with responsibilities covering recruitment, employer branding and talent management.

Most recently, Secil held Human Resources Manager positions within Bupa Türkiye. At Bupa Acibadem Sigorta, she supported Insurance, Technology and Finance functions, while at Sencard Direct Sales she managed end-to-end HR processes for a nationwide sales organization and supported the recruitment of more than 750 employees in 2024.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Secil worked as an independent HR Consultant, managing recruitment assignments primarily across the insurance, financial services and investment sectors, covering professional and managerial roles across sales, business development, investment, finance and operational functions.

Throughout her HR career, she has also been involved in competency-based assessment, assessment center and personality inventory practices and has delivered HR and competency-based interviewing trainings for managers.

Secil holds a degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Marmara University. In addition to her native Turkish, she is fluent in English.
