She has over 10 years of experience working with leading international companies such as Itochu Corporation, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, HeidelbergCement Group, and Global Steel Holdings in Bulgaria.
Silvia joined Alexander Hughes at the beginning of 2005 and has since conducted numerous assignments across multiple industries in Europe.
Her executive search experience focuses on high-level projects for a wide range of global companies.
Silvia holds a Master’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry and an MBA from leading Bulgarian universities, as well as a certificate in Leadership from Cornell University. She is also a Certified HOGAN Assessment Consultant.
Her native language is Bulgarian, and she speaks fluent French and English.
