Yannis is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Telecommunications, Health Care, Logistics, and more.

Prior to moving into the advisory and executive search services, he held senior HR leadership roles at prominent organizations across Greece and neighboring regions, where he successfully led HR transformations and talent acquisition and development strategies.

With a proven ability to build high-performing teams and aligning talent strategies with business objectives, Yannis now specializes in helping clients identify and develop top-tier executive talent. He combines deep expertise in leadership development and change management with a keen understanding of organizational needs to deliver impactful results.

Yannis holds an MBA and a Diploma in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University and has completed numerous leadership development programs including coaching, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.
