Hamza Boughaleb joined Alexander Hughes in November 2024 as Managing Partner for Morocco, bringing over 15 years of expertise in executive search, business development, and organizational transformation. He focuses on C-level executive searches across diverse industries, leveraging his extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Hamza led two HR Services business entities in Morocco, managing a team of 20+ consultants and achieving a significant revenue growth. His accomplishments included launching new recruitment and consulting services, optimizing operational processes, and fostering strategic partnerships with regulatory institutions. He also implemented a client-focused corporate culture, emphasizing tailored solutions for local market needs.

Earlier in his career, Hamza managed a finance and strategy recruitment team within a global executive search firm, successfully completing numerous assignments and driving substantial revenue growth. He also founded a consultancy, where he developed innovative solutions for online marketplaces and delivered strategic advisory services.

Hamza’s dynamic career includes a pivotal role at a leading international e-commerce startup, where he served as Regional CFO before being appointed Chief Commercial Officer. After setting up all support functions for North Africa, he successfully managed a vendors portfolio, oversaw a team of buyers and sales specialists, and drove consistent monthly revenue growth. Hamza was instrumental in coordinating large-scale commercial events and building strategic vendor partnerships, cementing the company’s competitive position in the market.

He began his professional journey in auditing and finance, where he gained invaluable insights into corporate governance and financial management. Hamza has a Master’s degree from Toulouse Business School and is fluent in French, English, Arabic, with a conversational level in Spanish.
