Melek Ozen

Melek has extensive executive search experience across all sectors including industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, automotive, retail, healthcare, insurance. She has successfully delivered numerous senior-level search assignments, partnering with both local and international organizations to identify and attract high-impact leadership talent.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Melek worked for seven years at another international executive search company, where she was assigned as a member of the firm’s Global Industrial and Consumer Practices.

Prior to that, she has worked for another executive search firm and before, she was working for an international engineering company.

Melek had started her professional life as an Intelligence Officer in the Credit Cards Department at QNB Finansbank.

She holds an associate degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Sakarya University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Anadolu University, Faculty of Management.

In addition to her native Turkish, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
