With more than 20 years of international experience, she brings strong expertise in financial management, process optimisation, and organisational performance.

She began her career at KPMG, where she built solid expertise in audit and transactions, before moving on to senior financial and corporate management roles in international groups and listed companies.

Her experience spans financial controlling, group reporting, governance, and M&A support, with a consistent focus on improving transparency, efficiency, and long-term value.

Her approach is pragmatic and result-oriented, centred on bringing clarity and structure to complex organisations.

Beyond her professional activities, Olha finds balance in art and sailing, interests that reflect her combination of structure and creativity.

She speaks French, English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
