After starting his career in sales and subsequently holding senior commercial management positions in the engineering and IT services sectors, Richard transitioned into human resources and became a partner in a human capital consulting firm. He later joined Allianz, where he held several senior HR leadership roles, with responsibilities spanning talent development, executive human resources, and international mobility across the Group. He went on to oversee HR for key corporate functions, including Finance, Actuarial, Marketing, and Corporate Support.

From 2012 to 2018, Richard served as Corporate Human Resources Director at Disneyland Paris, where he led organizational transformation initiatives and talent development programs within a complex international environment. He subsequently joined Arthur Hunt as an Associate Director before becoming a Partner at FITCH BENNETT Partners, where for more than seven years he advised French and international organizations on executive and specialist recruitment assignments.

At Alexander Hughes, Richard focuses primarily on executive search and leadership assessment assignments across the Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, IT, Marketing, and Retail sectors, leveraging his unique combination of senior corporate HR leadership and executive search expertise.

Alongside his consulting activities, Richard has been actively involved in higher education for several years as a lecturer in the Human Resources Master’s program at Paris Descartes University, where he taught courses covering HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, and career development. He is also committed to social impact initiatives through his involvement with GRAAL, a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation of laboratory animals.

Richard holds a degree from ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion), an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from HEC Paris, and also studied Economics at La Sorbonne University
