Oliver Kunze

Oliver Kunze joined Alexander Hughes Germany as a Client Partner.

Bringing close to 25 years of executive search experience, Oliver advises clients in the engineering, automotive, aerospace, and healthcare sectors on the appointment of senior management and director-level leaders, with functional expertise spanning operations, R&D, sales, purchasing, and finance.

Before entering executive search, Oliver was part of the management board of a leading furniture retail group and fashion retailer. His earlier career included senior purchasing and management positions in the fashion, mail-order, and textile trading sectors.

Today, his focus includes C‑level and top management appointments with experience extending to defence and mechanical engineering.

Oliver holds as business degree and is a trained textile merchant.

He speaks German and English.
